OET CENTER REOPENS FOR TESTS

The OET test center has been reopened for the resumption of the OET tests. The test center in Nigeria, which was closed in 2020 due to Coronavirus was reopened on Thursday 25th March 2021.

Upon the announcement of resumption of tests, candidates who wish to sit the test can now register for the exams. This follows  several months of waiting, and anxiety from health workers from Ghana,Nigeria and other African countries wanting to take the test to help them migrate to practice in other countries.

The OET (Occupational English Test) is an English language test for healthcare professionals. It assesses their language communication skills if they wish to register and practice in an English-speaking country.

OET is available for 12 professions: dentistry, dietetics, medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, podiatry, radiography, speech pathology, and veterinary science. As Midwives are also considered nurses, they can also take the OET.

          2. At the moment, there is no OET paper-based exams center in Ghana. Kindly chat 0246000170 for details. You may as well visit the office.
